My name is Ihor Budihai. I am an attorney-at-law, a member of the Warsaw Bar Association, a law graduate, and I hold a postgraduate degree in neuroleadership from Lazarski University.
I come from Ukraine, and I arrived in Poland as a teenage student. My own migration path means that I perfectly understand the challenges faced by foreigners building their new home, developing their careers, or setting up a business in Poland. This personal experience forms the foundation of empathy and commitment with which I approach every case.
My competences were shaped through years of practice in law firms and legal departments. The experience gained in criminal and civil cases allows me today to provide a multidimensional, strategic assessment of legal problems. Currently, I specialize in comprehensive services in the field of immigration law, supporting individual and corporate clients, and I also advise in the areas of civil and criminal law.
